My stay at this resort was less than satisfactory. The pool is nice and warm, but it can get overcrowded, and the beach leaves a lot to be desired. The outdated rooms and poor maintenance made the experience uncomfortable. I had a frustrating situation with the fire alarm being tested without prior notice, which added to my disappointment. Overall, while the amenities are decent, the ongoing maintenance issues really hurt the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk treated us to free popcorn and soda while we checked in, which set a cheerful tone.
